The Albanian Journal of Law and Society (AJLS) is a peer-reviewed, bilingual periodical publishing in the broad field of law and society scholarship. The Albanian Journal of Law and Society adds an increasingly important European perspective to global law and society scholarship. AJLS features international scholarship concerning the intersection of law and sociology, cultural studies, literature, political science, criminology, history, human rights, gender studies and political economy and welcomes empirical and multi-disciplinary research and articles on law and its relationship with society, articles bringing a new perspective to socio-legal issues of global concern, and articles using Europe and Albania as a starting point for a comparative exploration of law and society topics.
